DEFINITIONS

Company) The term “Company” shall herein refer to the registered company of Olympeo Limited incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and owner of the Ticket Website software.

Software) The term “Software” shall herein refer to the software named “Ticket Website” or “Ticket Website Software” and related ticket website hosting technology service operated by the Company.

Service) The term “Service” shall herein refer to the Software operated by the Company, to include the website ticketwebsite.com and associated subdomains along with all related services from this domain.

Website) The term “Website” shall herein refer to any client website that is hosted and managed the Service.

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of the website, Ticket Website accessible at https://www.ticketwebsite.com, related Software and related Service by the Company.

These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of this Service and your Website hosted via this Software. By using this Service, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here.

You must not use this Service if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.

RECURRING BILLING

Subscriptions to the Ticket Website Software are automatically billed monthly using a third party payment processor. Subscription payments are debited the same day each month from the payment method you provide, and grant you an additional months license to use our Software and maintain the active status of your Website.

CANCELLATION

There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription to the Software at any time, and your subscription will end at the end of its current month. No further monthly billing with occur.

BANDWIDTH

Reasonable bandwidth is included with all packages and use of our Software. If it is found a users Website is utilizing unreasonable bandwidth, due to excessive file sizes or user uploads or abuse of the system or any other reason that is outside the control of the Company or the Service, the Company reserve the right to charge an additional fee. What is deemed ‘unreasonable bandwidth’ is at the discretion of the Company.

CONTENT

The user agrees that all content uploaded complies will be lawful and owned by the user.

The Software standard account has 500MB of allowed image hosting space.

The Software standard account has a limit of 500 pages of additional user generated content. Additional user generated content may constitute a performer, venue, city, state, category, page or other.

If a user wishes to extend their content allocation, they may do so by contacting support. An additional monthly fee may be required.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

The user agrees to ensure they have full legal rights for all content uploaded to their Website, via the Company Software. The Company reserves the rights to remove or disable access to any content that is found to infringe of copyright or otherwise be unlawful.

DATA OWNERSHIP

The Company owns and collects all data necessary to continue the operations of the Service. Users own all of their own data, including any uploaded content and images. The user can request this data at any time and The Company agrees to provide it to them. In summary, you (the user) own your own uploaded content.

BACKUPS

The Company agrees to schedule and maintain regular backups of the Service and related user data and content. Backups are intended for use in catastrophic failure and full data recovery, they are not intended to be used to recover individual user data as a result of user error.

RESTRICTIONS

a) The user agrees to always maintain sufficient disclaimers on their website that the tickets are resale tickets and not primary.
b) The user agrees not to hide, obscure or alter any disclaimers, content or notices put in place on the Website by the Software.
c) The user agrees not to upload any offensive, abusive, pornographic, adult, age restricted or otherwise sensitive images or content to their website.

PRICES

The current monthly prices of the Software subscription are displayed on ticketwebsite.com. Prices can change as the Service improves and evolves. The Company will make all efforts to maintain current prices for all users but reserves the right to change the pricing of the Software for new and/or current users. In the event of price changes to current users, the Company agrees to give 60 days notice to all existing Website owners and users.

ABUSE

The user agrees to act lawfully and in good faith when using the Software and with regards to their website. Any actions that result in interruption to the Software or Service will be swiftly dealt with and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages. Any abuse deemed to be intentional will result in immediate account termination.

TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to terminate an account and or disable a Website, for any reason. Sufficient notice of a termination of subscription or disabling of a Website will be given, unless the action needs to be immediate in accordance with local law.

MAINTANANCE

The Company agrees to maintain and make good all Software associated with the Service and engage in ongoing development and monitoring of the Software to ensure maximum Service integrity and uptime.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By subscripting to the Software, the user is purchasing a license to use the Software. The Software is owned by the Company. The user has no claim of ownership of the Software, Service or Company.

SUPPORT

The Company agrees to operate on going customer support for all users of the Software. The company agrees to respond to all support requests in a suitable time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Company, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of your Website whether such liability is under contract. Nor shall the Company, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or interruption of the Service that may result in loss or interruption of your Website. The Company, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of your Website or this Service.

VARIATION OF TERMS

The Company has the right to alter and update these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. The Company will notify all existing users of the Software when these Terms and Conditions are updated.
